🎶👐 In-Person & Online Song Signing Workshops Whether you're joining us face-to-face or online from the comfort of home, our workshops are specially designed to help you learn the basics of sign language and blend them beautifully into music.
You’ll not only pick up essential skills in British Sign Language (BSL) and Sign Supported English (SSE)—you'll also explore the joy of using sign to express rhythm, emotion, and meaning through song.
✨ It’s a fun, memorable way to practise sign language and build real confidence—perfect for anyone looking to learn in a relaxed and uplifting environment.

🧏‍♀️✨ Learn British Sign Language—At Your Own Pace, In Your Own Space We’ve created a set of 10 easy-to-follow videos that cover the basics of BSL, designed to mirror the content from our Introduction to British Sign Language course. Whether you’re just curious or looking to strengthen your communication skills, these videos let you learn whenever and wherever it suits you.
No classrooms. No pressure. Just a gentle, flexible way to start your BSL journey and build a skill that can truly make someone feel seen, heard, and understood. 💙

I am available for private hire as a Song Signing performer at music and performance events—bringing emotion, expression, and connection through the power of signed music.
👐 You can also privately hire the SongSigning Choir for larger performances (venue-dependent). Our choir offers visually captivating interpretations of songs through British Sign Language and Sign Supported English—ideal for concerts, community gatherings, and inclusive celebrations.

🌈 Give Your Child a Chance to Be Seen, Heard, and Understood—Through Song Signing 👐💖 If your child is part of Rainbows, Brownies, Guides, Scouts, or any local youth group, this is so much more than just an activity. It’s a heartfelt opportunity to connect, belong, and feel truly valued.
✨ Our Song Signing workshops welcome community children’s groups—including Rainbows, Brownies, Girl Guides, Scouts, Beavers, Rangers, and St John Ambulance—to take part in sessions that foster confidence, empathy, and inclusion.
📚 It’s perfect for earning communication and inclusion badges while actively fighting social isolation in a way that feels joyful and purposeful.
So many groups have already joined us—and the feedback has been inspiring. They didn’t just learn something new… they left feeling empowered, uplifted, and united.

💬 Need extra support? Visit our Communication Hub every Tuesday and Friday (10am–1pm)—a safe, welcoming space where anyone facing communication difficulties can find advice, support, and solidarity. Run with love by our amazing Song Signing Academy volunteers.
